Bama's Blessing Barbecue

This was such a pleasant surprise!!! I just happened to notice the restaurant and had to stop!! We, mom and me, really enjoyed our experience here!! Check it out!! Don't forget to get the pigs in a blanket and pork rinds....your little belly...will be happy...happy...happy 😊!!!

My husband and I stopped in here on a Sunday because we were at the antique mall next door on datenight and WOW 👌 👏 On Sundays they have a buffet, it is the tastiest buffet we've ever been too! My husband doesn't generally like buffets because the self-serve one's can be pretty gross from people serving themselves. This wasn't the case, they had a plastic barrier and someone serving so it was hygienic. Everything from the sides, the meats, and all the sauces were amazing! My husband's favorite sauce was the Sweet Chili, I liked the Hot Honey. 10/10 will be back again.

Never ate bbq pulled pork that was better. Crisp edges, sweet, salty and perfectly smokey on a fresh toasted bun. Slaw was tangy with a great crunch that means fresh. Iced tea was perfectly brewed, just like the service. Split a sandwich, slaw, with two drinks the bill was about $14. Nice staff - a nice find on a lazy Thursday afternoon.

Ordered the sampler platter which comes with brisket, pulled pork, a half rack of pork ribs, chicken, and texas toast. It also comes with 3 sides, of which I chose the mac n' cheese, baked beans, and corn. Got there shortly after they opened on a Monday. Despite that, the food was lukewarm with the brisket looking more like roast beef (no visible pink smoke rings, meat darker than it should be on the inside, not very moist), and the pork ribs were dry and tough with large pieces of unchewable gristle. The sides were quite flavorful, but come in very small portioned cups which is disappointing considering the high price of the sampler platter. I have to wonder if I would've received better portions on the sides if I just ate in instead. Unfortunately, they also forgot the corn and texas

The service was amazing ,the food was exceptionally delicious, we where there today Father's day there was steak and prime rib among so much more.
