Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I had been craving ice cream for days so was looking forward to coming and ordering a chocolate extreme brownie blizzard. What I got was anything but. It looked like vanilla ice cream with some sprinkles. I was very disappointed. I don’t know if Harrodsburg has gone downhill or what.

Placed a mobile order for curbside pickup, my husband waited for 20 minutes past the designated pickup time in the parking lot and then went inside to check on the order. Once inside an employee was very rude towards my husband and other employees about our pickup order. My husband asked politely for future reference was the curbside pickup not an option for this DQ and the employee was rude telling him it was but he should probably just not do it anymore. I understand that staffing might have been low but he was more than patient in waiting and inquiring about our food that wasn't even started until he walked in to ask and they discovered the curbside order. This dq just lost 2 customers today.

2023: Very good Cheeseburger here. Grilled and with fresh lettuce 🥬 and tomato 🍅. Onion rings were ok, but not my style. I had some shoestring fries and they were good. We liked the layout of the dining room. Will go again to eat here. 2025: Double Cheeseburger 🍔 with fries 🍟 was great. Freezer condenser was loud where we were seated.

a rude, funky, musty, wrinky lady had the worst attitude. they’re lucky i’m a woman of God because i would’ve spit on her with her nasty attitude. asked her for a honey mustard & a coupon for my sundae and you would’ve thought i asked her to cook me a 5 course meal, take the trash out, wash the dishes, take the dog on a walk, and do the laundry. mind you, i guess DQ got rid of they big dipping sauces because this DIME size of honey mustard she gave me in this lil ole cup😐

I Get there at 5:00 a.m. and enjoy the fellowship of the people which are eating with us. PS: They have the best chili dog I have ever eaten!
