Food was fantastic!! It just happened to be wing night, wings so delicious!!

My son and I stopped by for lunch, and our food was incredible. Our server was also really nice. I got a chicken Asian style chopped salad, and my son got the double smash burger with onion rings. We'll definitely come back!

Can't say enough about this place. It's got all the things I love . Phenomenal beer, great food, good jukebox, awesome atmosphere, great service, and it's a Bills Bar.

Really enjoyed my time at the Ruck during a few nights I was staying in Troy. I went twice, mainly for their extensive beer selection and vegan food options. The vegan nachos were amazing and paired great with one of their IPL on tap. Huge crowds for football games (especially the Bills). Lots of locals and friendly staff. Review from Sep 2024.

I’m really disappointed in The Ruck tonight. I’m a regular customer, and when I dine in, my food is always made exactly how I ask. Tonight was the complete opposite. The chicken tasted like it had been boiled—definitely not fried hard the way I requested—and it was honestly disgusting. I wasn’t asking for a refund. I would’ve been fine with a remake or even a discount for my next order. Instead, the person on the phone told me the manager said nothing could be done. That’s surprising, especially for a regular customer who rarely complains. And this isn’t even the first time my order has come out this way. On top of that, the food was so soggy that I couldn’t eat it at all. I actually had to go somewhere else and order dinner just so I could get food made the way I asked. That shouldn’t hap
