Birch Baked Gluten Free

Came multiple times to try the donuts and cinnamon roll, call in advance usually. Not sure if there's only certain days they're available, but I've only been able to try the apple fritter and Banana holes/bites and the apple cider/sugar covered. They're all really good just prefer glazed or boston cream. Which you can online, but has to be orders of half a dozen minimum. The apple cider was crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside. The texture is slightly different, pretty sure it's just because they're gluten free. Still really good. I came back on a Wednesday, from what I had seen on their Facebook, it seemed to be a common day they had fresh donuts. Unfortunately they only had them frozen, the donuts were good, but could only assume they would be better fresh.

The boston cream dount brought tears to my eyes. It was delicious! The chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and pretzel were great too. I appreciated waiting a few minutes for our food to be fresh and hot. Being able to stop on a roadtrip and know I was getting gluten free food I needed was amazing!

Awesome gluten free bakery. They were kind enough to bake a variety of good for my GF in Texas and I hauled everything back on the airplane. The atmosphere is all it can be, just a small shop producing excellent baked goods.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I have Celiac and they’re celiac-safe. Their mozzarella sticks? Unmatched. Their donuts? Unbelievable. Their chicken tenders? Legendary. If you are gluten free, or even if you’re not, go here because it’s delicious and amazing and they’re so nice!

Holy crap this place is SO GOOD, whether you personally are GF or not, who cares, just come enjoy the deliciousness. Their breakfast sandwiches are AMAZING, real scrambled eggs, real sausage, real amounts of cheese. Perfect corner store bodega food PLUS tasty sweet treats. Kind of glad I don't live nearby, I would have to buy bigger pants.
