The Prospects Restaurant

Came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning and it did not disappoint! Friendly service and nice portions. The bread tasted homemade! They also have a really reasonably priced breakfast buffet that I'd consider trying next time. No wait and fast service, which is great especially if you're eating with kids. The restaurant is a little confusing to get to, but the person at the front desk of the resort was friendly and pointed me down the hallway and downstairs to Prospects. I'd like to come back for lunch or dinner!

went here for dinner on short notice with four children under 8 and it was amazing. great kids menu and cheap mixed drinks. staff was very kind and attentive maybe a little slow. we ordered two lates of french fries to start and they were very good and eaten quickly! men options were also good with a few vegetarian options. two crab cake options and a lot of tasty concepts. seemed ADA friendly with an elevator and wide walkways. salad bar!

We enjoyed an excellent steak and crab cake dinner here. Steak was made perfectly. The salad was very fresh, fantastic rolls and sides. Also enjoyed mixed drinks and a nice shared dessert. Service was also top notch! McKayla was one of the best servers we’ve ever encountered. She was very helpful with questions and suggestions and very personable yet professional. The restaurant overlooks the golf course and trees. It’s a lovely spot for meals. We also had an excellent breakfast there and again, very good service. I would highly recommend this restaurant and though we didn’t stay at the Cacapon State Park lodge, I will next time. It’s a beautiful place.

We highly recommend this restaurant. We had dinner yesterday evening and everything was delicious. The servers are still learning the devices but that will get better with time. The portions and plating was perfect. The first place in Berkeley Springs that has made and presented an old- fashioned correctly. We will be back to enjoy the food & bar. Thanks

We got a burger ,and frys , and coleslaw. all were good..the frys, were unique ,and so good.The burger was huge.
