Lot 12 Public House

This place was fantastic! We went with friends for my husbands birthday, everyone shared bites and all of the food was amazing. I didn't expect to find such a gem in this more rural area but I stand corrected. Love the concept and what they are doing here. The historic house is so charming, it’s in a small intimate setting and everything from the halibut to hush puppies with wild ramps was amazing. Wine selection and cocktails with recommendations were very well curated. We will definitely go back when we come back to visit!

The chef is exceptional! The menu varies depending on the season. It’s farm to table fresh, seasoned perfectly, good size portions and beautifully plated. Must have reservations. It’s a little noisy but doesn’t distract from the exceptional food and service. After this experience you will never want to go anywhere else! Staff is friendly and the restaurant is in a remodeled home that’s inviting. The modern artwork makes each seating area lively and unique to the dining experience. Absolutely one of my all time favorite dining experiences. We have been coming here for years and every time it’s exceptional.

Amazing food. Damien takes local ingredients and transforms them into masterpieces. Thank you AGAIN for the wonderful meal. LOT 12 is in my top food experiences of my life. Our server was perfect too.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. It was amazing! A nice gem in Berkeley Springs. Every dish we had was seasoned perfectly, and made you want to eat every last bite. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu items and was ready to answer any questions we had. They had a few special seasonal items on top of the set menu which was nice, but made it harder to decide, (in a good way). The price was also very fair for the experience, and food that you get. The only thing is the dining room was a little small. So, I could see it feeling crowded if every table was full. However, it is a historical house so it also makes sense. I highly recommend trying this place out, whether you're in the area visiting or a local looking for a nice evening out.

We were lucky to be here for their first night of the winter season, it was such a memorable experience! Every dish was unexpectedly full of flavor and tasted so freshly homemade. Our server was wonderfully thoughtful and attentive. Definitely a highlight of our trip, 100% worth the price for the amazing quality and craft of the food!
