Who knew such deliciousness was hiding in the Mechanicsville area of Richmond! When I walked in I noticed how nice, spacious and very clean it was! After peeping the bar area, I ordered the Skinny Margarita 🍹to get things popping— light, just right and refreshingly tasty. Now to the appetizers... The local fave, queso fundido. That molten, cheesy goodness that literally melts in your mouth. Next up, the elote! It’s so good, you might have to ask them to run it back a second time! Haha Now, let’s get into the main event. Our First time at this location. I liked the interior design with lots of tables and open dining area. Here you Scan QR code for menu. It was busy on taco Tuesday but our food came out promptly. Our server Diego was great. Food was delicious. Of the taco trio my favorite was the fish taco. The chipotle sauce was 🔥. Right amount of heat with great flavor. Tasty refried beans that weren’t bland like most places. They were seasoned and had some heat. 10$ classic margaritas and 5$ Mexican draft beer for happy hour. We will surely come back.

Great food, plenty of things on their menu for any type of water, and the service is always speedy. In the summer, I enjoy their patio as it's dog friendly. They've got tasty margs and they are quick at refilling the chips and salsa.

Spent over $20 on the dinner combo(chicken quesadilla,burrito & chalupa) for take away- plus tips. Food Quality - The grilled chicken was alarmingly chewy & inedible, suggesting it was undercooked or improperly prepared. i had to throw it away. To make matters worse, the diet coke provided was expired, March 4 2024, which felt careless & unacceptable. Customer Service- when i called to report the issue, the staff offered a free diet coke next time but dismissed my concerns about the chicken, insisting "we boil it- it can't be undercooked, " implying I was lying. That felt insulting rather than apologetic. Overall experience - poor food safety and dismissive service turned a simple take away into a waste of money & time. Food was dry and under cooked. Server was slow and took forever to take my order. She acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. I asked for a container for my cheese dip and sone chips. She gace me the container and chips but was going to have me scrape it out with my fingers since she was careless to not notice my silverware was already taken from me. I've been to other locations that were so much better than this one.
