The Patriot House Bed & Breakfast

The Patriot House is a beautiful, romantic b&b! I went there with my family for a quick weekend getaway. We loved it!!! Our host Elizabeth was very sweet and helpful through out our stay there. She was very cordial and attended our needs. She is an excellent cook. Yummy breakfast!

My wife and I planned a getaway for our anniversary and first checked out the Patriot House over the summer. Annville is close enough that we drove over and met Elizabeth for the first time. While unable to show the place due to guests, she did explain the procedure to us rookie B-n-B'ers and was friendly from the get-go. Making reservations was a no-brainer after that.||||During our stay from October 3-5, Elizabeth was nothing but wonderful! Welcoming, friendly, and very attentive to our dietary needs (the GF/DF sourdough coffee cake was awesome). We're both history buffs, and Elizabeth gave us the history of the house along with a tour of the unoccupied areas. She was so pleasant to talk to that it felt like staying at an old friend's place.||||The house itself is very charming. Our room

Didn't actually get to visit the guest house as they cancelled after having taken my money. The guest house took the whole amount from my bank account after having said they would take half for deposit and then half when I stayed. They cancelled the very next day and said that they were closing down, which was an obvious lie. It then took me about a month to get a refund. They wouldn't answer my calls or return my emails. Absolutely terrible. If I could award them no stars, I would. Beware, scam.

We were in Annville visiting Lebanon Valley College for a recruiting camp and campus tour and wanted to give our potential LVC Student the best feel for the campus and local community. Patriot House is a two block walk from the center of campus and is perfectly located to give off a true feel for the LVC Community.||||The house is a well manicured, very traditional northern style home, with beautiful wood floors and appointed with furniture that gives off a very cozy feeling. ||||Our suite had a large living area and a separate bedroom area with a private bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable.||||Our Hostess, Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable our entire stay. She is very knowledgeable about the area, and extremely attentive to the details involve

Came from Florida to Annville for our uncle's 70th wedding anniversary with 5 other family members. We stayed one night at the Patriot House and we will never forget the lovely evening we spent sitting out on the back patio drinking wine and talking to Innkeeper Elizabeth. I have stayed at many B&Bs but Elizabeth is by far the best Innkeeper I have come across. She made us feel so welcome and saw to our every need. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.
