The Ozark Bistro LLC

Went to The Ozark Bistro for the first time today. Ordered Mongolian Beef and Cashew Chicken to go to have for dinner. Just ate the Mongolian Beef as the portion was large enough to split. It was by far the best I have ever had. The meet was so tender and full of the best flavors. I highly recommend it. Going to have the Cashew Chicken tomorrow. We will definitely be back!!!!!

W O W!!! I am picky when it comes to food but this food was INCREDIBLE! I got a veggie poboy sandwich that had peppers, onions, zucchini, mushrooms, and whipped herb cream cheese with homemade chips on the side and my husband got Cajun chicken pasta. Everything is made to order and FRESH. Amazing amazing food!!! I hope they stick around because this is phenomenal! I wish I had a picture but I ate everything too fast! And the menu changes every week to accommodate changing taste buds and dietary restrictions. They are killin it!!! Great job, Ozark Bistro!!

We shared cashew chicken and wonton nachos. Both were delicious and big portions. The chef and his family were very friendly. Hidden gem in Eldorado Springs!

I drove all the way from Bolivar because their enchiladas and tamales are simply amazing. I had to bring some back for family and friends to try, and my mother is very particular with her Mexican food since she is from San Antonio. She absolutely loved it. Great for the money, and all of the flavors blend very well together. Tamales are never dry, and they aren’t 3/4s masa, dry, and hardly any filling…which is always a chance at various restaurants in Missouri. Not here. They take pride in their food, and it shows.

Just stopped by and tried the brisket mac & cheese and turkey bacon ranch wrap. Both were delicious! Very nice people and I like the rotating menu.
