El Dorado Springs Mexican Restaurant and Cantina

While traveling through town, I stopped to get some dinner. Had no wait, server brought me chips and salsa and my drink. Had just a few minutes to enjoy the chips and dip before my entire was brought out. Presentation was perfect. I ordered the Pork Chimichanga with rice and black beans. Food was perfect. Service was fast and was in and out in 30 minutes and back on the road.

Food is decent and I have been an avid consumer of this location since I recently moved here a few months ago. Everything has gone well, until my visit today 11/28/25 where I was charged for the spicy salsa I have ordered upon every visit. I have never been charged for this before, so to see an additional $2 charge for an item I have ordered many, many times was very strange. Not sure what or why that has changed, but other than strange pricing policy, the place is great.

It's the BEST AUTHENTIC Mexican food that I've had in a looooong time. The customer service experience was AWESOME & timely. I would drive from Bolivar, MO to eat at this restaurant. My absolute favorite is the salsa w/fresh cilantro, thin as air tortilla chips & their chili rellanos.

Great food and great service. Swung by as I was passing through and had a great experience.

Big portions with good prices. Got a burrito with steak chicken and shrimp for $13 and change. Service was fast and polite. Children's menu is good for young/picky eaters and very affordable.
