Cedar County Library

I love the modern updated version of the building it's so much bigger and cleaner looking! They have several computers for people to use and free complementary WiFi and nice comfy chairs and a small couch to sit on. it's so nice to go here alone or with a friend, plus they have plenty of books ranging all the way from little children & all the way up to adults. they have cookbooks, child care books, novels, picture books for kids and more! also they is this place at the front of the library where you can check out books by yourself with the self check out counter.

The staff that works there are very nice and professional.

The new space doesn't have any more room than the old building did, & the kids' section is still very small. The computers are right next to the kids' section, where my child could overhear someone loudly swearing at his computer screen. Who is the library for, if not for our children? We are very disappointed, & won't be going back.

What a great experience at the Library. The print and fax charges are very reasonable. There was no wait for a computer. There were books for sale and very reasonably priced. I brought 3. Ot wasnt even a hassle to get a library card. All of the goals that work there are knowledgeable friendly helpful. The night gal wasnt even uptight that I was cutting my time to the wire. Great experience.

I just love Cedar County Library! I've been going since I was a little girl. The staff are friendly and helpful. And with a book, you can travel anywhere your imagination can take you. 📚
