We were hungry coming off the road looking for something to eat and when we pulled up didn’t realize they were about to close. But they still took our order and the food and service was absolutely incredible. They especially went out of their way to make sure that my 8 month daughter was well taken care of and I genuinely appreciate that. Good food made and served people, couldn’t ask for anything better.
This restaurant was fairly busy on a Sunday afternoon. The waitress was doing her best to keep up. The food took a while to come out and she apologized but we all know it's not the wait person's fault if food is slow coming out. I ordered the cheeseburger club on wheat with homemade onion rings. The burger wasn't good quality but a little salt helped. The onion rings were very good, not greasy. The bathroom needs some serious attention. There was water leaking from the toilet. Overall, I probably would stop in again if I was in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way to go there.
I don’t like to leave poor reviews because I understand places can have a bad day, but three times I ordered delivery from here and three times it was bad. Never mind missing literally half my order on all three occasions, the food I did get was just terrible. Anyone can make potatoes. I order from a restaurant because I expect better than home potatoes. What you get here are basically steamed potato chunks with enough salt that it gives you chest pains after two bites. A good tip though, you can mix that salty mess into your under seasoned, mushy, textureless, straight out of the can hash. As for calling to complain instead of writing a negative review, I tried. I got no help and they blamed Door Dash. I’m pretty sure Door Dash isn’t responsible for inedible garbage food. Stick to weiners
The staff is so welcoming, and I love supporting local family run establishments. I tried their new hot weiners the other day with one of my friends after we saw the ad in the Coventry reminder. They were fantastic!! I didn't catch the woman's name that took our order, but she was really kind and helpful. Suggested getting the meal because it was actually a little cheaper. I had only had your breakfast here before, which is FABULOUS! We will Def be back for the weiners again. They were a real treat.
Great food friendly service. I would definitely recommend also keep an eye out for their website. They have great specials.
