This was our first time visiting this location in over 10 years. We have dined at many Italian restaurants over the years and consider it to be our favorite type of food. We made reservations for two through OpenTable and were seated with 10 minutes of our reservation time. Our server seemed to be a newer employee and possibly lacked proper training. After being seated at our table, we waited over 10 minutes before we were greeted. We placed our drink and food order at the same time. Our bread, soup and salad came out fairly quickly, but unfortunately, our entrees took longer than expected. We did hear another server inform his table that they were running slower than expected due to the Valentine’s Day crowd. Which surprised us due to the amount of empty tables in the dining room around u

We had a terrific experience at OSF in Fairfield, Ohio. Our server Brennen was very attentive and anticipated our needs. I cannot have gluten, and my meal was both safe for my needs and delicious. It was the first time my 7 year old ate there, and they sat us in the train car, which she loved. The spumoni is her new favorite dessert!

During my annual birthday celebration, the establishment was not operating at full capacity. Regrettably, the Thousand Island dressing was unavailable. My Caesar salad was served with a minimal amount of dressing, while my wife's house pesto salad was excessively salty. While awaiting our meal, the patrons at the adjacent table were vocal about their service concerns, making it difficult to disregard their comments. The portion size of my $20 entree was notably small. I was informed that their standard platters were currently undergoing cleaning. Typically, the service at this establishment is exemplary. However, on this occasion, the service was slow, which I attribute to a potential staffing shortage.

Absolutely enjoyed the spaghetti factory! Was our first time going and the food was delicious. Pricing is about the same as olive garden but the food had better flavor. Though the salad was a bit lacking as it was just lettuce and a few croutons. Portion size was great, we were all full and some of us had leftovers to take home. Wait time was crazy though. Was about an hour for a 4 top but it was 645pm on a Friday. We had no idea we'd get ice cream at the end of our meal, that was absolutely scrumptious! Also the atmosphere is a bit odd. We couldn't figure out what era or decoration patterns they meant to stay with.

We were told it would be a 30 minute wait, turned into 42 minute wait. I figured with the large crowd and the amount people inside the place, that this would be a positive experience, and that the food must really be great. The inside was gorgeous, beautiful scenery for sure! Shortly after we were seated, our waitress walks up rolling her eyeballs, sighing and said loudly, “I don’t know why they keep seating people in my area.” And then she asks, “Do you guys know what you want yet or do you need to look at the menu?” Usually the first thing a server asks is what they can get started for you. Like drinks or appetizers. We told her what we wanted to drink and that we wanted the minestrone soup and garlic bread, but we needed a couple minutes to figure out what we wanted to eat. The soup an
