The Office

I placed two orders from here via grubhub. The first order was the small griot plate, Mac and cheese and Haitian tacos. The second order was the wings and fries. The first order took over an hour to be delivered because of the restaurant. The grubhub driver was waiting for at least 45 mins for my order in the restaurant. I tried to call myself the see what the hold up was and of course no one answered. My wings arrived quickly. Those were pretty good. The fries were soggy and cold. Finally once my second order got there, despite having to wait an hour my order was incorrect and was missing the Haitian tacos. Which was literally the main thing i wanted to try! The pictures on grubhub show the small griot plate has rice. Yet when my order came there was no rice. The plate is almost $30 why

The food was ok not what I expected I’ve tasted HATIAN food before and this was not it.. It could have been more flavorful also there was a pretty white dog underneath the table. When you first walk in that was kind of different for a restaurant then there was a lady walking through the restaurant sucking on a chicken bone that was definitely different. It gave more of a club vibe than going to a restaurant.

I’m honestly surprised there are any negative reviews on this place.. I have been twice now and both times were amazing! The vibe is the best at this restaurant. The music is great! We got the tacos and honestly they are the best tacos I have ever had! The hot sauce that comes with them is so good! Both times we have come the service was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant! I already can’t wait to come back!

Food was top tier, like SO good and flavorful - the vibe and music was 🔥 perfect spot to come for food & drinks in RI.

First time having haitian food in RI. Usually i eat in Mass. My waiter Steven was very friendly and attentive. Food came out fresh and presented beautifully. Tasted even better than it looked! I'll be back for sure. Thank you.
