I frequent this location a few times every month. Atmosphere is always clean and the smoothies are nutritious and filling. Not to mention there are multiple products for whatever you could need from weight loss to muscle building to immunity boosting.

Not going to lie. I love love love these shops but I've never been to this one before and I decided to try something different from my usual orders. I got the strawberry lemonade and it was a bit too sweet for my liking. Now I might update this review when I go back and try something different to compare to the other places I've visited but for right now it get a 3 star 🌟

Someone from Nutrition Sip left a sticker under my windshield wipers today at the Rocky Mount Mills. The sticker left a nasty residue on my windshield of a brand new car that will not come off. Very unprofessional. Property damage. Be careful.
