Ricky, our smoothie operator was knowledgeable and kind with good vibes! The place was spotless and behind the bar was soo clean! No dairy or alternatives here, so I was worried my smoothie would be watered down. Nope. Thick and tasted great. I got a mango, strawberry, bee pollen concoction? I had a headache so I don't remember. Lol. I told Ricky and they were so helpful in catering my smoothie to my needs. I'll definitely be back!

Ricky the entrepreneur and mixologist always makes great recommendations and can act as a great advisor and prayer partner while he prepared your food or beverage. His warm smile, the great music and atmosphere are always a peaceful addition to help me start my day. Delicious, nutritious, and my second home for self care and yummy treats! Love love this place and generous sized beverages and bowls custom prepared quickly and with love and friendship. They always remember me and my likes.

I was in Rocky Mount for work for a couple days and found this place. I was a little hesitant at first but they are so friendly and lovely! The first day I had an acai smoothie bowl, it was so good I went back today. Today I had a butter pecan protein shake. Amazing! I recommend this to anyone trying ro be a little more health conscious. But everything tastes so good you won't believe it healthy! 10 out of 10 I will try to visit again the next I have work here.

Great vibes, the staff was very helpful and asked us questions to make sure we were getting good service. We got Strawberry Wildberry & a custom blueberry, banana, and peanut butter smoothies. Both tasted nice and healthy, blueberry was definitely the winner! They put cute stickers on our shakes, mine was Harry styles.
