⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with this notary, including with more complex PennDOT paperwork, and I genuinely don’t understand the negative feedback I’ve seen. They are knowledgeable, patient, and extremely thorough, especially when it comes to ensuring documents are completed correctly before submission. They took the time to explain the process, fees, and requirements clearly, including what PennDOT does and does not control, which saved me a lot of confusion and unnecessary back-and-forth. Any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally, and I never once felt rushed or dismissed. Incorrectly processed paperwork and now will not solve the issue. Got very frustrated at me on the phone for trying to solve an issue that should be between them and penndot. This is what you pay a notary for. Instead I am left on my own or being told incorrect information. Nothing was processed correctly, I was very understanding the first time, but after resending in the paperwork it was again rejected. Now it is led to hours and hours of on the phone and email battles between PennDOT and me because the notary could not handle their end. Cannot even simply look at the pa.gov website to see the proper fees required as well as waivers between immediate family. Absolutely, love. Going to Cathy, anytime I have a title that needs to be done or anything that has to deal with the idiots at Penn dot. She has helped me with 6 of my fire truck titles that they were giving me a hard time with. And now we're just waiting for an outer state rv. Title that hopefully will go through without any issues. Because they are a pain in the, you know what? But Kathy is a great lady. Give her all of your business.
