What a cute spot right in downtown Loomis! Stopped by for breakfast and what a delicious breakfast it was! The service was excellent, our waitress was wonderful and the food was excellent. I ordered the del oro omelette and it was chuck full of fresh delicious veggies.

Food has been amazing every time I’ve been here. The service is awesome and so hospitable. The atmosphere is just over all fun and neat. The entire place is very clean and the value is great! Highly recommend The Mug to anyone as a go to breakfast brunch spot!

Breakfast was fire! 🥓🍳🥞 The omelet with bacon and veggies, crispy hash browns, and fresh orange slices were spot on. The toast was perfectly crunchy, and the dessert with ice cream and whipped cream was next level. Cozy vibe, generous portions, and beautiful presentation. A perfect place for a solid and delicious morning!

We arrived at 7:30 AM with two babies and our beloved 14-year-old service animal, who has been registered for more than 11 years. From the very beginning, we were treated with hostility. The lady at the front desk questioned me about what my service animal “serves for” — a question she is not legally allowed to ask — and then started arguing that he was not a service dog. She even threatened to sue me. I have never experienced such an unwelcoming and disrespectful encounter. This is not how customers should be treated, especially families traveling with children and a service animal. Because of this, I left immediately and will never return.

Best place to eat - as someone from Texas - it’s nice to eat a “home cooked cooked meal “
