The Looney Baker

The review about the donuts being dry was just a one off, bc today I ordered quite a bit of paczkis and some donuts, they’re all huge, flavorful, and moist. Didn’t find the apple cider donut with sugar dusting over powering sweet like a lot of other bakeries. 10/10

My favorite donut shop. It has been consistently phenomenal since as long as I can remember- at least 14+ years. We never ate here it was just grabbing donuts and leaving, but I’ve had many donuts and they’re my favorite.

I come here weekly to get a dozen donuts for a work meeting, and on Saturdays for donuts with the family. The work donuts are a huge hit. I always get a blueberry muffin for myself, they are a menu secret and they are fantastic! Light and fluffy with lots of juicy blueberries, and I like that they are made in a mini loaf instead of round, so easier to eat. Donut favorites and requests include the blueberry cake, the single chocolate, the custard filled, apple fritter, the vanilla candy top and the glazed twist. Both the cake donuts and raised are fantastic, perfectly fried with just the right amount of crispy edges with soft doughy center. Highly recommend!

The Looney Baker is a neighborhood treasure. In business over 30 years, my hubby has been coming here since his late teens. This place has a real hometown vibe. Friendly. Great donuts. Excellent service. Good prices. What more could you want? I especially like that you can still get a peanut donut here.

Well they do have delicious items, but they are forever out of the looney bread. You can go mid to late morning, and they are out. This has been going on for years now. My question is, why don't they make enough so they could sell throughout the day? Not everyone wants donuts or brownies. The Looney bread is the bomb, but good luck getting some. I think I'll just stop coming because I'll never get it unless I show up when they first open in the morning. Ugh
