The Laura Hubbell House Bed & Breakfast

Had a really lovely stay with really lovely people. Tons of interesting antiques in the public areas. Great, comfortable beds. Breakfast both days was a fantastic spread -- go hungry.

My partner and I stayed a couple days at the Laura Hubbell House earlier this year and had a wonderful time. It was easy to find and check in. The couple running the BnB were so lovely and generous with their time. They gave us a tour, talked about its history, prepared the most delicious breakfasts, and maintained the property immaculately. It was an even better experience than we expected and if we go back to the area we would definitely stay here. The wrap around porch is lovely for relaxing and the rooms had everything we could need. The artifacts in the house were really interesting to learn about.

This is a lovely B&B on the edge of downtown Seneca Falls, offering an easy walk to many restaurant choices. Holly, the owner, took excellent care of us during our short stay. We appreciated the rich history of the house that she shared with us. The house is a treasure trove of period furnishings, decor, glassware, china etc. The small touches around the house reflect the owners care and attention to the comfort of their guests, from the candy to the water to the cookies to the toiletries. Our bedroom was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! Holly prepared fresh fruit, soufflés, fresh sausage, potato pancakes and pumpkin bread - amazing! What a fantastic experience!! The owners, Chuck and Holly, have done a wonderful job restoring this Gothic and Victorian Era house, including furnishings. Their collections of silver, china, glassware, furniture and other period items are impressive. ||The accommodations including the bedrooms were comfortable, peaceful and opened a door to a clear view of the past. ||The breakfast prepared by Holly was extraordinary, including individual servings of beautifully arranged fruit, homemade blueberry-pecan scones, savory potato pancakes, apple sausage, and egg souflées… Over and above anything we expected!||Holly and Chuck were friendly, informative and very helpful with suggestions for activities in the region. ||We enjoyed every minute of our time in the house, and, if we were to retur

A magnificent experience. House strips with Victorian charm. Host couple are extremely knowledgeable about all things architectural and Seneca Falls. The breakfasts were unmatched. We were the only guests and stayed two nights. Each breakfast included an egg dish, a quick bread, breakfast meat, oj, a cup of custard and fresh fruit. Not only were all the foods different each day but so was the china and silver service. Canoeing is available off the dock in the back yard. We found so much to do in Seneca Falls with it’s history in Women’s rights and Harriett Tubman (be sure to check out her home in nearby Albany - phenomenal program given there at 10am and 2pm daily) we wished we had a full 3rd day there.
