The Landing Tavern

This location appears to be one of the highest rated restaurants in the area surrounding Indian Lake, and I can agree with this high rating. The reuben sandwich was excellent and the fries were also very good; I felt that they were similar to the sort of french fries you might get at a state fair. The staff were inviting and entertaining and the atmosphere was perfect. I believe this is a great place to check out for those visiting Indian Lake.

Great little restaurant! I can see why it's been a local favorite for decades. Quick, friendly service. A handful of unique menu items that are well worth trying (e g. goetta), and the classics are done perfectly too (especially the home fries made with fresh potatoes). I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

Their sandwiches are great and so are the drinks. Fairly priced. It's hard to get a great Reuben around the lake and this is the place to get it. Delicious food anytime of day. Whether you get the Reuben, a tenderloin, patty melt, brisket, Philly cheesesteak or anything on the menu you won't be disappointed. The breakfast is fresh. It really is a great quaint gem around the lake! I highly recommend the Reuben, I can't stress that enough.

We had breakfast here this morning, and it did not disappoint. The omelettes are huge. The cinnamon swirl pancake was crispy and delicious. We sat at the bar, and our server was very attentive. If I may give a piece of advice, the TV at the bar definitely needs to be replaced. Not that we went there to watch TV, but you couldn’t even see the picture. If you’re trying to go here to watch a game, you will be disappointed. Hopefully the staff will replace it.
