Completely changed the chicken and fries in the chicken strip baskets. They are absolutely terrible. Cheap quality fries and chicken for a higher price. Need to advertise when you change products.

Just got back home with my food and its burnt and the grease tastes old. I’ve only ever gotten golden brown tenders from DQ. The customer service was alright, but would rather have good food and bad service than what I experienced.

Came and ordered 2 meals, one was a plain cheeseburger. Had to repeat our entire order twice, confirmed side and drinks more than that. Got to window and asked her to repeat the order since she was seemingly having a hard time, she repeated back AGAIN a plain cheeseburger just to hand us one that was dressed. Asked for it to be corrected and they tried to pull our car after another several minute wait. We denied and had a cheeseburger out as soon as she closed the window. Another employee then came up and said we ordered wrong and that we needed to move instead of checking the one sand which they just handed us. Rude staff, long wait, and felt like none of them even wanted to be there. From the reviews this is not a new problem.

I’m not one to complain but It took over 45 minutes to get a pretzel, sandwich and a kids meal... I also ordered a blizzard. The lady said she would bring the blizzard & kids meal ice cream cone out before we got done eating but we never got it.. I went back in and asked for it.. waited another 30 mins and never received it or my blizzard. We ended up leaving without the ice cream we paid for. Terrible business & terrible service. I’ll never go back

I went to get a couple shakes today 8/31/24 and they were closed! Not sure why the would be closed on Labor Day weekend especially with how busy it gets here during holiday weekends!
