The Lakehouse Bakery

Camping at Sugarloaf lake and had to try the bread, the shop smells so good and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. Made the best grilled cheese back and camp with the garlic cheddar loaf, it toasted up beautifully! Definitely reccomend this bakery! My daughter got a chocolate croissant, which was also incredible.

Lakehouse Bakery in Chelsea is truly something special. The pastries, breads, and cakes are always top‑notch, but what really sets this place apart is the people behind it. Keegan, the owner, is fantastic to work with—friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what he does. You can feel that energy in everything the bakery puts out. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick treat or planning something more elaborate, you’re in great hands here. Easily one of my favorite spots in the area.

I stopped in at Agricole in downtown Chelsea for lunch on my many loops through town, and grabbed the Mango Chai Chicken Salad croissant 🥐 holy geez it was amazing. Everything you guys do is just incredible. I was truly starved, my day had been extended (again!) and that sandwich was such a flavor burst! I highly recommend everyone try it, and if your having a poor afternoon like I was, a little pickmeup treat from the Lakehouse Bakery will surly do the trick. I am consistently short on time and want to fuel up with real food, the sandwich offering at Agricole is perfect. Thanks for making my day with a sandwich Lakehouse!

We just recently discovered Lakehouse Bakery and decided to take the Christmas in Germany baking class. It was the best cooking class we’ve ever taken and we have tried multiple places! Keegan was super friendly and an awesome teacher. We will FOR SURE be back to take other classes! We made a dessert bread and 2 kinds of cookies and we had plenty to take home and share. We of course had to purchase some other goodies(breads, pasties, etc.) as we were leaving and they did not disappoint. We also found out that once a month they make pizza so we are looking forward to January now! All in all, highly recommend all of the goodies and the class!!

Chef Keegan created an abundant feast of culinary delights for my family this holiday season! For those of you familiar with Sticky Toffee Pudding, I can assure you that he has mastered this sumptuous dessert. My mother was overjoyed when presented with her favorite dessert for her birthday! We are beyond blessed to have such culinary experts in our community. 💕
