The Johnstown Lunch Box

This is such a hidden gem inside Johnstown! Immediately as we arrived we were greeted by the SWEETEST women ever. She truly made the experience. She has us sample one of their upcoming menu options and I am so thrilled to order that on my next visit. Chicken n dumpling soup is delicious, we also tried the Trio sandwich. Both so good!! Service made this place 100/10 I can’t wait to become a regular here.

Just moved to Johnstown this month. First time to The Lunch Box. Staff was friendly, had smiles to offer. Good simple menu. It’s been a long while since I had a New York Style hotdog. Yummy. Got shakes, yummy but could use a bit of chocolate drizzle or extra syrup. Mom tried the potato salad and was impressed. Enjoyed all the lunch boxes used as decorations. Very close. You can order ahead and or have your lunch delivered.

I forgot to bring lunch to work and look for a local shop to order food. I ordered a club sandwich on sourdough. It was huge!! The sandwich was delicious. Bread was toasted perfectly the meat was thicker cut and high quality. I will definitely go back again. By the time I took a photo I had eaten the other half.

Very friendly staff. Excellent service. Very accommodating to elderly and handicap. Small town vibes. Good conversations. Amazing local artwork. All of the soups and Chilli are great. I haven't had a bad sandwich there yet!

Me and my girlfriend have been coming here for 3 years now and enjoy it everytime. These sandwiches are amazing. We live in firestone and come out of our way to eat here sometimes.
