The Honey Baked Ham Company

I ordered the Honey Baked meal which is a sandwich side and drink. Be aware that the sides are very small if you order anything other than potato chips. Like small-small. However, the sandwich itself is VERY big and heavy which a good thing. So I guess it balances out. My meal was delicious and surprisingly my sandwich was made warm so that's also good. Great meal. 🙂

I bought a ham there and when we opened it up Christmas day it was burned on top and the ham tasted dry and overcooked. Not good. Embarrassing with my guests not able to eat it. I called next day no one answered the phone. I had to wait 3 more days to get someone to answer. They said I could get another ham or money back. They were good about it but it still ruined the protein part of the Christmas meal. The 2nd ham is good.

The food wasn't great at all. The customer service was good but the food was MID. The ham was frozen i think they should have warmed it up. I am not used to that.

Very disappointed... Ordering and being able to prepay online was great. Inside pick-up was fast and accurate. Parking lot was a zoo, but that's every year, so I expected that. I understand not wanting to expose the ham due to COVID, but not being able to view what you're purchasing is an issue. Especially when you're spending almost $60 and the ham is center of the table and you have not time to return it or replace it. I got home and was utterly disgusted with the ham I received. Burnt and fatty. No thank you. It's a hard past for Christmas. Huge letdown.

Vera is delightful! Everytime I've come in she's always so friendly and welcoming. There might be a line of people, but she's still patient and accurate.
