I cannot say enough good things about Aaron at Crumbl Cookie. Tonight was my nephew’s 10th birthday, and he is absolutely obsessed with Crumbl. Unfortunately, because of work, I wasn’t able to get there until about 10 minutes after closing. I called the store just hoping for a miracle, and Aaron answered. Instead of turning me away, he asked what I wanted, took my order over the phone, and told me to come see him when I arrived. When I got there, he greeted me with the warmest smile, handed me my box of cookies, and took care of everything. He truly didn’t have to do that — but he went out of his way, went the extra mile, and showed genuine kindness just because he knew it would make my night. And it did. My cookie had a hair baked into it. When I called the store to let them know, they didn’t act phased by it or even bother to apologize. They just requested that I email them a photo of the hair as proof so I could get a refund. All around, horrible experience.

My wife and I rarely make reviews, but we feel like a manager would want to know about our experience last night. We placed an online order for 3 mini cookies at 6:02 pm. My wife walked out with our cookies at 6:38 pm. There were at least 15 customers standing in the store waiting on an order the whole time. There was only one girl fulfilling in-store AND curbside orders for most of the time. Two employees were scooping brownie batter for what seemed like forever. They all seemed to be working as hard as they could, but it seemed like the priorities were out of order. Every time the phone rang, they also would stop what they were doing to answer it. I’ve been here a few times now (although I need to steer CLEAR of it!!) and have received mediocre service. The staff are not rude but they’re not very friendly either. You never know what kind of music will be playing when you do in there. 😝 Overall, a decent place to get some delicious goodies.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Crumbl Cookies was disappointing enough to warrant one. First off, the line was unnecessarily long, not because of high demand, but because the staff moved with zero sense of urgency. It felt like efficiency wasn’t even on their radar. When I finally got to the counter, I wasn’t greeted with a simple “hi” or “how can I help you.” I had to actively get their attention just to be acknowledged. The attitude was cold and dismissive, which made the whole interaction feel uncomfortable. To top it off, I was told there were 10 orders ahead of mine. Fair enough.
