The Honey Baked Ham Company

I pre ordered a ham and turkey and still had to wait in line for approximately 15 minutes while multiple employees were standing idle. The staff at the front door were noticeably rude to customers, and no one offered a simple thank you or Happy Thanksgiving. Given that the order totaled $126, the level of customer service was disappointing. In addition, the bags used for food were being stored on the floor and stepped on by several people. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not plan to return.

I received awful costumer service at this location. I came in for an order that my boss had purchased for us that day. It was placed at 10:56 and set for pick up at 11:45. I arrived at 11:50 and they had no idea about the order. The lady looked at me and said, “An online order for 18 sandwiches right before the holidays, great!” with a snarky attitude. The way she treated all of the other costumers was awful too. I didn’t walk out of there until 12:50 with the sandwiches, 2 hours after the order was placed. I won’t be going back.

I ordered online for a (what I thought) was a bone in ham. I go to pick up my order and its a boneless ham. I really needed a bone in ham. The employees were very calm and understanding. They took care of my mistake and were able to get my bone in ham. Thank you for your great customer service!!

12/24 Received great customer service at the Tallahassee Florida location. I purchased the trio turkey sliders lunch combo which costed 14.82 quite a bit for what came out to be such small sliders. I recommend getting mayo or a savory mustard so it won't be dry to the palate and of course you get a side out of the selected choices. Overall, nice environment with decent food

We would've loved to enjoy honey baked ham. However, the hours posted on Google are completely different from their actual hours. Apparently the location is closed on Sundays, even though they have posted online that they are open until 4 PM. Therefore bad review.
