Starbucks Coffee Company

Very friendly! Feta spinach was great. Coffe perfect. Met several fun locals while enjoying outdoor seating. Rare nowdays for that kind of interaction. We try to avoid plastic trash and Starbucks was minimal trash and gives back to communities where coffee grown. A relative from Ethiopia said YES, her community is helped by Starbucks! YEA!!!

The wife ordered her usual drink online and I swung by to pick it up for her around 6am. As I’m pulling around the stand alone business, I notice it’s empty except for the three employees. There’s nobody in line or at the window, so I forgo the order station and proceed to the window. The older lady that answered the window kicked off the interaction with an annoyed “You need to go to the ordering station and let me know you’re here for your drink so I can have it ready when you get to the window!” And before I can point out there’s nobody else here or ask why they haven’t already made it during my five minute drive, she turns around and grabs it from behind her. I have never had better service! I ordered a Trenta Iced Coffee- and the staff had it ready at the drive! I love. The managers ability to make me feel welcomed!!! This is MY Starbucks!!

Two different people walked out after waiting to order at the cashier station more than 5 minutes. They were the only ones in the line. Only two employees were behind the counter and they were catering to online and drive up orders ahead of in-person walk-up orders. Hire more employees!

I am so disappointed! The service at drive thru was so rude! I ordered an Apple Crisp Cold Brew & oatmeal… I had things left out for my oatmeal topping, but you would think I ordered a very complicated drink. No plans of going back.
