Stumbled across this place when they were down in St. Marks. Had the whole crew with us, I think we got one of everything. Birria egg rolls where amazing, they even worked out our dietary needs without any issues. Everyone was very happy with their meal. If they have their tres leches it is a must! Better than the one I had in Mexico City! Hope they come back to St. Marks or I run across them in tally.

Amazing. Food was authentic and absolutely delicious. Customer service was nice, funny and engaging. Highly recommend. Quite the experience and they’ve made quite the impression on long time foodies and people used to eating all types of Mexican/hispanic food from south Florida. I will support them every chance I can!

5 stars Absolutely blown away by Sabor Mexican by Maya! This food truck is an incredible new addition to the area, serving up truly authentic Mexican flavors that are both comforting and bold. Every bite was phenomenal—fresh ingredients, rich spices, and dishes clearly made with love and care. Their menu has something for everyone, with a great variety to choose from—and trust me, you’ll want to try everything. What really sets them apart, though, are the owners. They’re incredibly friendly, kind, and passionate about what they do. The kind of people you feel good supporting. You can tell they’ve poured their hearts into this venture. Highly recommend stopping by. Not only will you leave with a full belly, but you’ll also feel like part of the family. Can’t wait to go back!
