This location is fantastic. Very clean and organized. I had the pleasure placing my order with Russell. Russell is very knowledgeable about the products ham and turkey they sell for putting together holiday dinners. You have to try their split pea soup starter kit for the left over bone in ham soup recipe. It's a must try for the freshly made tasty sandwiches they offer too!! AAA+

Five stars for the HoneyBaked Ham located near Shoe Carnival at the Norridge Commons shopping center just east of Harlem and Irving Plaza. We had their baked potato soup, as well as their Bean with ham soup, and both were as good as homemade! Flavorful and chock full of lots of great ham. We also ordered the Turkey Sandwich. For takeout I got a frozen ham bone so I could use their ready-made soup mixes to make my own split pea soup at home.(that also was excellent.) With the Honey Baked Ham label I know that we are getting quality Meats and all of the side dishes. I plan to use this location to cater my daughter's graduation party. The staff were friendly and very helpful especially Herb.

Prepaid for a turkey breast one day prior. Drove 40 minutes to pickup after receiving email confirmation of them "preparing my order." They had no turkeys but could offer hams that cost 2-3x as much. Kind of an ugly bait and switch and a brutal customer facing experience. The employee at the counter was humble and cordial, despite not being empowered to help at all other than providing me an expedient refund.

I walked in to purchase a ham. Service is fast and friendly helpful. Bought a ham here for New Years. It's really good and a flavorful smoked variety. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful for the weight I was looking for. Answered questions about serving suggestions related to warming. AAA+
