The Honey Baked Ham Company

Trying the new prime rib, and it's fantastic! Of course the ham and turkey are always delicious.Soup mixes, coffee cakes and lots of other breads and sides available. Just picked up 2 roasted turkey breasts.

I preordered an entire xmas dinner online. I was given a time slot to pick up the prepaid order between the hours of 4-5 pm. I arrived at 4pm only to find a crowd outside and locked doors. Employees were going back and forth using the back door to load up their cars with boxes. They continued to say things like "yall shouldn't wait till the last minute" or "we closed early yall". They refused to hand out prepaid orders. Police were called. I do not recommend this location at all.

When I arrived at my pick up time the store was closed with people inside was told that they close early because of Xmas eve. There were multiple people outside saying the same thing. The workers inside didn’t have the decency to come to the door to even talk to us the security guard keep saying that they were close. I told him multiple times that I had a pickup time of 4. Even showed him the online receipt showing him the time and he keep saying that they was close. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. All they had to do was had out the orders especially since this was going to be my Xmas dinner. This ruined Xmas dinner for my family. The whole staff should be fired

I ordered 2 pounds of ham and 2 pounds of turkey.I prepaid and went on my lunch break to pick it up. It was faster than the walk-in line, but not more convenient because I still had to wait. The ham was fine, but the turkey was burnt. I didn't check until I got back to my job. I didn't think to check before I left because I've never had this issue before with other Honey Baked locations. I went back up there and had to wait yet again. I asked to get a refund for the convenience fee at this point, seeing how this was a complete inconvenience. They gave it to me back in cash, and I waited for another 10 mins. When I got to my car and checked again, one package of turkey was fine, but they literally gave me back one of the same package I returned!! The first picture is in the car before retu

I like their smoked turkey my only problem with them is they're very expensive and you don't get that much food butt Granite the turkey breast is really good on a Hawaiian roll it's small you can eat in there but it's mainly a place where you get food to take home to your family
