I was enticed by the concept behind Morelia’s, and it did not disappoint. Not only is the food high-quality, it’s fairly priced, as well. Since fried chicken is Morelia’s specialty, I ordered three dishes featuring it: the Caesar salad, the chicken parm “sangwich,” and the Italian fried chicken combo. The Caesar salad offered a generous amount of chicken, which was fried to perfection. The chicken parm sub was a beast of a sandwich. It had just the right amount of sauce, and the parsley tied all the flavors together. My favorite part of the meal was the Italian fried chicken combo. I chose piccata as my sauce and baked ziti as my side. The piccata had a distinctive lemon flavor, and the capers were a nice touch. As for the ziti, the cheese on top was delicious, and the pork-based sauce hi

This is easily one of the best Italian sandwich spots I’ve ever been to. My significant other is originally from Brooklyn, so she has a high bar for authentic Italian subs, and even she gave it a 10/10. We tried the Sausage, Peppers, and Onions as well as the Chicken Parm. Both were absolutely phenomenal. The Chicken Parm was perfectly executed, but the sausage and peppers was the standout for me. The flavors were spot on, however, the only thing I’d change is adding a bit more heat. The staff was great and let me know for next time that I can ask for Arrabbiata sauce to be added if I want that extra spicy kick! The atmosphere is super cozy with just a handful of tables and decor that is perfectly on point. We got there a little early before the rush, and the service was top notch. The o

Good italian is hard to find. My girlfriend was in the mood for some authentic homemade food and she found this spot, we ordered takeout online. It didnt take long to make and was a fair price. We ordered the chicken combo with marsala sauce and baked ziti as the side and a sausage and peppers sandwich. The chicken came crispy and hot and very tender the sauce was balanced and perfect to top it with. The ziti was a good size and the sauce was well made it could use a little more mozzarella. The sausage and peppers sandwich was damn good with serious flavor, my girlfriend called that the highlight. This place has delicious food and friendly service, ill be back to try the other different sauces and would recommend this spot if you like italian chicken

Have been coming here for awhile now. Love their chicken! The piece you get in the meal is literally as big as your face. Haven’t yet had a sauce or side that I haven’t liked. My favorite sauce is the Arrabbiata (the Marsala is pretty amazing too). Definitely try the Zucchini Fritters, they’re my favorite side. Love the Pasta Fagioli as well. If you have room for dessert, the Zeppoles are like fried donut holes dusted with powdered sugar. Delicious!

The zucchini fritters are a 12/10, you MUST try them out!! The chicken parmesan sandwiches were perfectly cooked and juicy. They give you a lot of chicken, and it had great flavor. I also love the bread they used. The tri color salad was fresh. The only thing we didn’t like was that the drinks are all $3/each, which seems a little steep for bottled drinks. Such a nice “no frills” restaurant overall. I would come back and try other items out. Great service, too!
