I recently went to the honey baked ham located in West Ashely on 10/14/25. The young lady at the register was very friendly and took my order promptly. As I was looking through the cookies, a roach was going in and out of the plastic bags that held the cookies ewww! Had I not already paid for my sandwich, I would have walked out. I will not be returning to the honey baked ham.
Always friendly and make my food so goooooooodddd! They gave me a chocolate chip cookie 🍪 too 🥰 the way to my heart

I did a review and was asked to email. I gave them a chance so deleted old review. I did that and no response. When I had a company function that was delivered with no issues. They were suppose to add points and never happened. I emailed about it and took over a week to respond, then emailed back with no respond. I then talked with manager and took over 3 week to send to me. When I called back, they put me on hold then hung up on me. Food is good but customer service is awful.
They were so nice I will be back with my friends 🧡
