Disappointed. No one liked it - tough, dense, and salty. Shocking to serve both turkey and ham and have only ham left over. Paid over $100 for a ham that was just a hard smoked $30 grocery store ham. Honey baked hams used to be wonderfully tender and sweet with tasty juices and a lovely crust. A treat. Now it’s just hard, smoked ham in a gold wrapper. Really sorry we spent any money on this. Also - pick up was confusing. Why not put up a large sign that says “ALL holiday pick ups here?” People didn’t know where to go and when they went to the counter (which had a pick up here sign ) they were told to go back to the line at the front of the store. HBH - just put up an easily seen sign to avoid frustrating customers who are preoccupied, have a million things to do, and don't have the ener

I ordered a prime rib back right after Thanksgiving and paid for it online. I get an email this morning telling me to pick up my prime rib. I go to the honeybaked store. They do not have my prime rib so I had to get a refund.! There is no excuse and that whatsoever!

Scott and his staff are excellent! When you see the overall process, there's a craving for the glaze. I recommend the ham salad and turkey clubs.🤤

I ordered the half Tavern sandwich and half Cobb salad. Delicious!!! I also bought two Ham bones. I probably shouldn't let this secret out. But the small one was $10. It has a quarter of meat left on it and OH, what I can make with that bone!!!

Drove up from the FL Keys to eat Honey Ham. Love Honey Baked ham... and the staff was super delightful 🌸 they made our day. Thank you.
