Opinions on the food varied, though we all enjoyed the ham and the walnut apple pie. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially considering how busy they were with so many people picking up their pre-Christmas orders.

Always good products & service. We had a sandwich while visiting, it was very delicious but could have used just a little more ham. Felt it was not enough for the price. Thank you!

I ordered a quarter ham holiday meal online for in-store pick-up. I called ahead, as the website did not indicate a pick-up time. I was greeted with a bit of an attitude that I should know that there is no set pick-up time. Just sometime before 7 pm closing time. There is a small free parking lot right off of the very busy intersection of Hendersonville Rd & Long Shoals. The store has one table for eat-in orders. There were 3-4 staff working, but my order got pushed up two staff to the manager to process. Needless to say, the customer service left a lot to be desired. However, the food itself was excellent. I purchased a 9 pound 1/2 ham, bone in, for Christmas. Wonderful to the last bite. This is a lot of ham! I estimate one could feed 10 people generously.

We look forward to our Christmas meal of Honey Baked Ham from this store.Problem was we go to serve the ham and there was No Honey crust or topping on this 90 dollar ham.Just plain ham.Sadly , very little ham was eaten I have bought ham there so many times and never had thus happen. We let them know and waiting for the manager.
