Customer Reviews
Went in to grab a pound of slices for dinner. It's $18.99 and has like seven to ten slices. I thought it was a great buy. Especially when you consider the quality of the ham. It's tender, sweet and slightly smoky. The crust is next level. The ham really is never a disappointment. The store is clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you join the club you get $9.00 off your next visit. They have lots of stuff these days. Sides, prime rib, ham, turkey and tons of condiments and sauces. Your one stop show to put together a big meal quickly. I'll be going back and highly recommend a visit.
I stopped by last month to pick up ham, turkey, and sides for Christmas dinner for me and 2 other families. Kelli, the general manager, Alana, and Margaret were very helpful with all 3 orders - including choosing the right items and with my discounts. Kelli even helped me carry all the bags to my car. The food was exceptional. The customer service here is always fantastic.
It’s like every other Honey Baked Ham store in the southeastern United States, Rude employees! They act like they are doing you a favor to be there. And their hams are not that good any more. $11 a pound. Costco’s taste better for a lot cheaper.
Asked for a small ham. Clerk brought out one that weighed 4.2 lbs. Paid $54.65 ($12.72 per lb.) Also got a side of scalloped potatoes for $11.99. Total after tax came to $72. When we opened it up at home, we found they had started to slice it for serving but didn’t (couldn’t) finish. Seems that there was a bone in the piece that weighed literally 2lbs. That’s $24. for a bone!!! Very disappointed.
I haven't been in a long time but I must say the food and the service are still on top notch
