Customer Reviews
I was extremely pleased with our meal, service and whole experience tonight! From the juke box, to the wall decor, it was all perfectly curated for a delightful experience. The service was impeccable, everyone was super helpful not just our specific server. They shared the secret menu with us which is where the Poutine is (sorry no pics we ate that up quick). I can't wait to come back and try the next round of deliciousness.
Just when you think you know an area you find a sweet surprise. Hots Rods is a transportation through time to the 1950. Malt, burgers(80 kinds) blue plate specials, pin ball, music and lots of memorabilia. Portions are huge, prices and great! Food was good but all agreed everything could have been hotter. Don’t forget to check out the Chubby Challenge to destroy a giant 33 ounce burger in 30 minutes! Service was great, plenty of seating indoor and out. The menu is overwhelming so look ahead if you can. Parking is small but available. Kid friendly and wheel chair accessible but it’s a little snug inside.
Great food, huge menu with so many options, they do have a food challenge here (1 pound of fries and a giant burger called "The Chubby Challenge" where you could win a shirt and a picture on the wall (if you finish it all within I think 28-30 minutes)), there are three super cool pinball machines, a (CD) juke box, decor all over the walls, privacy/cubed glass on top of the back of the retro seats as dividers. It's a great place. You know it's a Traveler's destination when there's a food challenge. Kids meals are huge just like the adult sizes, great prices. So many ice cream flavors too. They also have a banana split (fried and fegular).
Nice place. Frito pie was a little too cheesy, but was still good. Grilled chicken sandwich was BIG with a big side of fries. Great service.
I paid 40 bucks for two burgers and fries, the meat is pre frozen and not cooked fresh, they forgot mayo on both burgers and fries were soggy and Luke warm. The lemonade is powder mix. I will not be returning ever again.
