Super Chix - Chicken & Custard

I went into this restaurant with genuinely high expectations, based on the consistently strong reviews and the obvious volume of business they appear to generate. A busy dining room usually signals quality, so I was optimistic. I ordered the Bacavo Ranch sandwich, accompanied by fresh-cut fries and fried pickles. To be fair, the presentation was excellent. The sandwich arrived looking picture-perfect—neatly assembled, visually appealing, and clearly prepared with care. Unfortunately, the experience fell apart once I took the first bite. Didn't catch the guy's name but there was a gentleman who was absolutely crushing customer service today. My man visited every table multiple times, ran food orders out to each table brought sauces - just absolutely did an amazing job on customer service. It was a blessing to see someone take such pride in their work. The food was amazing as well but I couldn't stop watching this cat work the whole room relentlessly. Superb exemplary service, my man!

I just ate the BEST chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. I ordered the Hot Honey Sandwich (limited time until December) with Cajun cheese fries. It was incredible. If you’re anywhere near Knoxville, Maryville, Alcoa, you must stop in. Service is fast and friendly and the food is perfect. They have 8 different sauces to highlight your meal (Buffalo, Nashville Hot, Ranch, Korean BBQ, Signature, and BBQ). You owe it to your taste buds to come here. 😋🍽️

This is as my son said ( A 20 star establishment ) The food is fantastic, the staff is outstanding and very attentive to any need you may possibly have! Very friendly, fast and clean! The food is made beyond fresh so much so my son LOVED that his chicken was steamy enough to melt his fork and he just had to keep it because it looked so cool! Lol.....But truly this place is worth the visit! We will definitely be returning regularly! Thank you to the staff you all are great!!!

The Korean chicken sandwich is so good! Unfortunately, it was only for a limited time. We love the sauce bar! This place is usually busy but the wait time isn’t too long! Food comes out HOT and fresh! Staff is very welcoming and friendly! Great location!
