The Gyro Shop

Looking for a quick lunch place in the area, we saw that this place was open and stopped in. It's a pretty bare bones operation with standard offerings displayed on a menu board. We noticed that current prices are different than what was posted on their website (prices are higher now). There was one employee doing everything from cooking to serving. He was efficient and nice and took care of the steady stream of customer and orders we saw while we were there. We got the traditional sandwiches and they were exactly what we expected to get. The meat was scraped off the spit and the sauce was seasoned with oregano. A nice and quick lunch, but nothing extraordinary.

Absolutely outstanding! The Gyro Shop in Wexford is hands down one of the best Mediterranean spots around. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned — from the tender gyro meat to the crisp veggies and creamy tzatziki. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can really tell they care about quality and their customers. The place is spotless and the service is fast, whether you dine in or take out. Highly recommend the classic gyro wrap and the fries — both are unbeatable! A true gem in Wexford — I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. 🌯💯

Chill little gyro shop. The food was great, reminded me of my grandma, especially the dolmades, which you can get warm or cold. The players are a solid value of you're pretty hungry, or you can grab a gyro if you just want a quick lunch. They also have a pretty interesting array of sides,I recommend checking them out. Would have tried the rice pudding, but I'm stuffed. Will report back next time.

I have eaten at this place for years and the quality and freshness of the gyro is excellent and the best in the area. The rice pudding is traditional and tasty. Highly recommend and will continue to be a regular. It's not fancy, but great gyros.

Best gyros in the area! Brett makes excellent, high-quality Greek food. Gyro salads and wraps are portioned generously and his homemade dressings are delicious. Grape leaves are excellent as is the rice pudding and authentic lemon chicken (avgolemono) soup! Highly recommend when visiting Wexford PA!
