The Grind Coffee House

The most amazing friendly staff!!! I wanted to try the yooper hot latte and they made me a sugar free one because I said I was diabetic ❤️. The coffee is delicious and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I wished I lived in the UP just to go here all the time!!!

Service was great and staff was friendly. However, the coffee was mediocre at best. Espresso came out of a touch machine. 3 shots of espresso in my 16 oz latte didn’t give much coffee taste at all. It was like I got a milk steamer with a hint of stale coffee. If you are looking for coffee that tastes fresh and strong this is not the place to go. It is not a traditional coffee house with a barista but more of a touch a button and quickly get drinks to people kind of place. Like I mentioned earlier everyone was very nice the drinks just subpar.

Definitely a staple. Not on the "main street" but worth the little walk. Ordered a hazelnut latte with hazelnut foam, SO good. Best latte I have had and I'm not a huge coffee lover so that says a lot. Friendly staff, clean place and great coffee, what more could you want?! Definitely stop by.

Stopped in town this morning for a coffee, and was not disappointed! Best Cafe Miel I have had here since visiting from Grand Rapids. :) All of the girls working this morning were so sweet and kind too! Thank you!

Swung by here on vacation after visiting the Manistique East Breakwater Lighthouse before heading to Kitch-iti-kipi. We stopped by about 1:10 and didn’t wait long at all for our drinks. We were able to customize drinks (lotus, frappe and blended lemonade) to our liking thanks to the wide variety of flavors offered. Quick, friendly service; just a tad small on the inside if you wanted to stop and stay awhile. Super cute and well worth the visit!
