I met the owner Brady today for the first time. He is a genuinely nice, respectful, and generous young man. The breakfast burrito was fantastic! If I could offer one piece of advice, it would be to consider completely avoiding meats with preservatives, even the natural forms found in for example celery extracts. As science becomes increasingly aware of the harmful effects of those which are nitrates and nitrites, it would be amazing to see house made bacon or ham, etc. on the menu without those popular chemical preservatives/additives. Great experience overall!
Place is great, foods always consistent, one of the best spots in town for a good meal.
Awesome quality food, don’t miss out!
