We had Catfish, Shrimp and Grits, meatloaf, and the fries app. App was amazing, shrimp and grits was great. The catfish was really fishy and not seasoned as well. The meatloaf had a weird texture. Found out that it was the last of the catfish. Perhaps would have been best to just say they ran out cause it was terrible. Service was good not great. Atmosphere was ok. There were some additional taxes on there too, not in love with that. When I say service was not great, it was because we had to wait a bit for server to come back to table. Other than that the were friendly.

We had such a wonderful brunch experience here, and a huge part of that was thanks to Sadie. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She knew the menu well, made thoughtful recommendations, and checked in at just the right moments without ever feeling intrusive. It was our first time visiting, and Sadie truly helped shape a great first impression — the kind that makes you already look forward to coming back. We felt taken care of from start to finish, and that level of hospitality really stood out. If you’re dining here, I hope you’re lucky enough to have Sadie as your server. Went for lunch and was pleasantly surprised we were seated right away. Being a first timer, we asked questions but the waitress could not confidently answer. She also was not a quick being that the restaurant was not busy. It appeared she was taking to other employees. Perhaps she was a new employee but or food arrived on the no so hot side. Food was good though, nothing fancy just good. And the restaurant was quite clean. They have a party room too.

The food is delicious! Home-cooked style comfort food leaving you wanting for nothing. Large venue can accommodate a variety of party sizes. Will be coming back!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Our server was Kat and she was a delight. Her energy matched ours. She was new and learning the menu but was excellent. IIf she didn't know she found out to answer all our questions. All of the staff we encountered were great. The menu features brunch, lunch and dinner. We arrived for lunch and each ordered the Cobb salad which included grilled chicken for only $16. An awesome price. We also had the Belle Isle Lavender Lemonade. Delicious. A sparkling wine and lavender vodka that was so refreshing. We also had appetizers crab dip and fried oysters which I don't partake of but the crab dip was delicious. Served hot with fried pita bread rounds which was everything to me. Now I will say though I don't eat oysters they looked so good I was tempted to try them,
