The Green Door Restaurant & Speakeasy

Missing my Adirondack chairs on the Farmington @the old Apricots, we were looking for riverfront dining and we were NOT DISAPPOINTED. Less than $10 for cocktails is not expensive when you are gifted with a cool breeze, shaded deck and a lovely waterview. Although the deck can accommodate well over 50, there was only a dozen guests which made for a very peaceful and relaxing brunch. We ordered a charcuterie and the southwest tuna, which were both delicious, and we spent 2 hours enjoying ourselves. If I owned this location, I'd be tempted to convert the driveway below the deck to a beach patio, with umbrellas and table service, because there are less than 5 locations as gorgeous as this. Such a gem. Collinsville really has it all!

Knew the view would be outstanding so I was just hoping the food would be ok. Well, the food was as good as the view in my opinion. My wife and i ate there 2 times for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. we had crab cakes, lemon chicken, BBQ mustard glazed salmon, sausage and mushroom pizza and great ice cream with warm cookies. everything was super! doesn't get any better than that.

Place is amazing! Was hesitant to order pasta and sauce so I ordered lobster sliders. I’m from New England and these are not lobster rolls! Just be honest with what your serving. However your pasta sauce is delish and the atmosphere was great!!! Pomegranate Margarita was awesome!

This place is mind blowing.. did not expect this environment upon arrival with it being so hidden but it is fantastic! Great food! Great decor! Bathrooms are nice and clean ! Phenomenal Godiva Chocolate Martinis! Great scenery ! LOVED IT! We will definitely be back on a regular !

Lovely spot on the river. Mediocre food for expensive prices.
