The Grainhouse Windsor

We were on an adventure and found this place. We walked in and were greeted almost immediately. She said, " sit anywhere" We sat on the comfy chairs. We ordered Pig Mac ( macaroni and cheese with pork belly) that was delicious 😋 We also ordered Fried Cheesecurds with Carmel sauce. The server was correct when she said," it tastes like French toast" that was a wonderful dessert. At least that how we ate it. 😉 We will be back again and we highly recommend coming here.

Love this local watering hole. It’s great for the kids, plenty of options if you want to be inside or out, in the summer they have the goats and carts for the kids to play on, TV inside is massive!! Food is good, drinks are great (get Jesses mule in summer) Also conveniently next to the golf course and hoedown hill. Can arrive by golf cart if you live in the hood next door

The food and service was excellent! The chef, Kenya, came out with a sample of his Pork Belly with his Jameson, honey Chipotle sauce, and it was the best we have ever tasted! Kenya also made homemade chili which was amazing! Chef Kenya made this one of our best eating out experiences ever!

My wife and I visited the Grainhouse a week or so ago for an impromptu date night. I’m aware of several complaints in the community of people not getting great service, but this was not our experience. I intentionally sat at a table in a far away corner, just to see what would happen. A waitress came up to us within two minutes of sitting down, Was very helpful and attentive in our food order arrived And what we would expect to be a reasonable amount of time after ordering. The chicken wings were absolutely amazing. Crispy and delicious. The atmosphere is awesome. I can’t speak for other people’s experiences, but I can say that we were not disappointed on our visit to the Grainhouse. We’ve been back twice since, And we’re also taken care of promptly.

Food pricey. Some good some very good, and some passable Best side salad I've ever had. Burger seemed like a frozen patty, menu said you can't specifi doneness. It was dry. Brisket was tasty/ good . Jamaica jerk chicken- husband said it was good. Expired coupon special, still on table which led us to buying a can of vodka tea. Wish it wasn't on the table TEN days after expiration!!! Atmosphere was very nice, golfers everywhere, no one takes their hats off...I wasn't brought up that way. A gentleman takes his hat off indoors . People at bar. Ignoring their kids, and kids on screens....they can play outside..SMH.. GREAT outdoor area for families. We will come back and try Happy hour... Goats would be more fun if they could be seen.
