The Gouda Boys Burn One - A BBQ Joint

The staff was so friendly went out of the way to make us something they were out of. Plenty of food for the price! $60 and had enough to feed an army filled a huge casserole tin. Everything was flavorful, except the brisket but their nice all homemade sauces fixed that. Definitely our new favorite place!

I moved to waterville/winslow this year and at first i was sad about loosing all the food options i had before but after eating at Gouda Boys i’m relieved to have a comfort food spot again. Their mac and cheese is incredible, the burgers are amazing and huge and the fries are perfect as well. Order with confidence!

Gouda Boys knocked it out of the park with their fabulous creations! The pulled pork was absolutely amazing, and my kids couldn’t get enough of it at the fair. The flavors were spot on, and we left completely satisfied. Big thanks to the team for an unforgettable experience—we’ll definitely be back for more!

The smoked wings were a highlight, perfectly tender with a smoky flavor that was both deep and satisfying. They came with homemade ranch and blue cheese dressings that were rich and creamy, elevating the wings even further. The customer service was exemplary—friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a great experience. If you’re a fan of BBQ, this place is definitely worth a visit!

I don't know why it took me this long to thry this place. The Mac n cheese with brisket is just amazing....their loaded fires are killer. Also their stuffed "eggrolls" are excellent! The only thing I wish they were in a bigger location for more of a sit down.
