The Golden Frog Bistro

This was a little jewel for breakfast! Everything was fresh and delicious. There was homemade mango salsa that they gave me to put on my eggs with a thick perfectly cooked chicken fried steak and homemade gravy. The hashbrowns were plentiful and perfectly cooked tender yet crispy and they were very generous with the avocado on top. Coffee was hot and strong just like I like it and the service was impeccable. What a find

Was told to pick a seat. Finically got our own menus. Waited 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. No silverware to stir the coffee. Had to get up to get our silverware. Waited 5 minutes for coffee refill. Finally got our food. Food was good but fairly overpriced. Sausage patties were not good. The rest was good. The food was good. Service was horrible. I won’t go back.

I have been wanting to visit this resaurant. Finally, the opportunity arose.The staff was very friendly & seated immediately. The problem started with the waitress. She was very obviously sick.....cough, hoarse voice & dripping nose. She could barely tell the table about the special menu items. She served the drinks & the food. Now two days later, Everyone in my group is now suffering from the same illness. I have not even discussed the food. The food was "meh". Monte Christo sandwich was a cold soggy flat mess of French toast with a scant bit of ham, turkey, half melted cheese w/ overly sweet strawberry something inside. It definitely was NOT what was described on the menu. The only thing that was hot were the french fries (from a frozen bag). The omelet looked good, but lacke

One waitress for the entire place. Never brought ketchup for fries. Fish was way over cooked.

I stopped here with our family for a late breakfast Sunday. The food and service were fantastic. We enjoyed 5 dollar mimosas and generous portions of tasty food. I thought the food prices were high but that seems to be the case everywhere.
