Be very careful before doing business with The Food Truck Guys‼️ At first, they seemed professional and trustworthy, but my experience has been the opposite. After paying them a few thousand dollars, they stopped answering calls and messages. They keep using excuses like “I told you in person” to cover up poor communication and lack of updates. They promised to have drawings and paperwork done within 3 days, but I never received any records or confirmation that anything was submitted to L&I. To this day, I have no proof that any work was actually done. They might come across as nice, but I feel completely taken advantage of and out a lot of money with nothing to show for it. My experience has been great, so far they’ve found me the equipment I needed at a great price, installed and looks great, and were able to answer all my questions. Very knowledgeable, would recommend them to anyone looking to start a food truck in Wa state!
