Swagg Coffee Bar

The service was very nice and the baristas working the window were very polite and helpful! The cold brew coffee was very good! The lotus was nicely balanced and not too sweet, but completely full of ice. I usually take up to two hours to sip away at my drink, it was gone in 20 minutes. The asada bomb was gross. I was really excited to hear they had something like that but ended up disappointed. It looked nothing like the photo and had very little asada in it. On top of that, you couldnt taste anything past the egg and whatever sweet mayo based sauce was in it. But that makes sense since that seems to have made up the entire burrito. For almost $9 for half a burrito, I expected MUCH better quality.

I went to Swag Coffee-20th Ave in Pasco, and my drink was made incorrectly. Since I work in Richland, I ended up driving to the Swag location on Broadmore instead. Eric, the manager there, was very nice and provided great customer service. I really appreciated how efficient and kind he was.

Just sat in line for 20mins to get nothing. The guy taking orders took that entire time with one car, that he did not allow to pull up to the window, had to go inside multiple times because he had no idea what he was he was doing. Once the front car got to pull up the kid didn't allow the line to move but yet to the next the next car, and again had to go running inside the building to ask a question. I used to own and operate a busy and successful coffee stand in Western Washington years ago, and when there is a line of 6 cars the front car should have been pulled to the window to order and the order taker takes care of the cars behind them. Rachel was incredible! It was my first time here and I chose here because of the white coffee!🤍 Rachel went over drinks options and flavor choices. I am DF and prefer caramel sauce vs syrups. Rachel recommended the Chupacabra (white chocolate, macadamia nut, caramel sauce and a dash of cinnamon.) She said “think of Cinnamon Toast Crunch” (Mind you I made it soy and subbed white coffee.) The drink is probably better as is, with my changes it is good but I would try another option when I return. For me it was mainly the “dash” of cinnamon, it was a bit heavy handed. Excited to return and see what other options they have.

Very disappointed with the asada egg melt. Barely any meat for $10!!
