The Flying Biscuit Cafe

Never been here before, but I'm so glad I finally did! The service was impeccable, and the food--good lawrd--the food is good. We were wonderfully served by Shay, and she perfectly suggested the delicious Hangover Hash because there were so many delicious looking options to choose from. It was a great choice! That, and the fried green tomatoes, and hot honey chicken waffle.

I had the shrimp and grits. I was blown away by the amount of flavor in such a simple dish! The grits come with a perfectly baked biscuit that holds its shape and doesn’t crumble when applying the apple butter provided on the side. Mark was our waiter. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. Will be back soon!

When we arrived at the restaurant, we were approached by Damon to explain that they were short staffed and that it would be a wait until we could be served. We decided to stay and although it did take some time, we receive outstanding food and service. It made the wait worth it. Me and my family will definitely be coming back to experience more good food and good times at flying biscuit. Thank you Mark and Damon!

The food is amazing! My husband got the “ Pancake Tacos” and he loved them. They were very filling. I got the “ Free Bird” and it was creamy and filling. The waitress Cynthia was very sweet, and helpful. The art work is also beautiful to look at.

The atmosphere was very warm and relaxing. Shay was our server, very polite and friendly. The presentation of the meal was very pleasing to the eyes. I just love my experience all together. Stop by you won’t be sorry you did.
