The Flour Bender Bakeshop

Really enjoyed my visit to this bakery. I went on a Saturday during the farmers market so it was a little crazy. That’s being said, my family and I loved everything we got. Cold brew, salted caramel apple pop tart, sourdough peach buns, salted chocolate chunk cookie and chocolate chip cookie. I can’t wait to make a return trip on another day when I can really look at the menu and sit and relax for a while.

I had some really great treats at the Flour blender this past weekend. Beautiful bakery in downtown. Very clean and simple design. The pop tarts we had were incredible. The brown sugar cinnamon one was delicious, and worth going back for alone. I would recommend trying a few different things because there are so many offerings. Great spot to catch up with friends or family.

Lovely cafe! Pastries are quality and at such reasonable prices, honestly the cake is the best I've had. It's not overlay sweet and you can actually taste all the ingredients described plus it's so pretty. The drinks are pretty solid too. There some seating inside but it's already a petite bakery.

Flour Bender has some of the best pastries in Downtown Troy, plus great coffee to boot. I've gotten my birthday cake there for the past two years and will probably continue to do so. You really get what you pay for in terms of quality. Highly recommend!

I recently discovered a new establishment in the area! Let me share with you my impressions of this place. The interior is simple yet elegant, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly, and their desserts are truly delicious when paired with a coffee latte. Upon entering, you'll be struck by the European ambiance. I highly recommend visiting them in downtown Troy - it's an ideal spot for a coffee date. We will definitely be returning.
